Workshops & Corporate Wellness

I offer art therapy workshops and corporate wellness programmes designed to support emotional wellbeing, reflection, and meaningful connection. These sessions advocate for the use of art therapeutically — not for performance or artistic skill, but as a gentle and accessible way to create reflective and nurturing spaces.

Whether you are a team of professionals, an organisation, or a small group seeking a space to pause and reconnect, these workshops invite creative self-expression in a supportive and thoughtfully held environment. Through playful, reflective, and art-based processes, participants are encouraged to slow down, explore their inner experiences, and connect with one another in meaningful ways.

Each session is carefully designed and facilitated by a registered art therapist, ensuring emotional safety, sensitivity, and depth. No art experience is required — the focus is on the process, not the outcome.

Sessions can be tailored to meet the unique needs, context, and goals of your team or organisation.

Why Art-Based Workshop?

These therapeutic workshops offer a different way of engaging — one that moves beyond words alone. By working creatively, participants are supported to:

  • Stress relief and emotional regulation

  • Strengthening team connection and communication

  • Supporting wellbeing and burnout prevention

  • Encouraging creative thinking and problem-solving

  • Creating space for reflection and meaning-making

Creative processes can open up new perspectives, support emotional regulation, and create shared experiences that offer a sense of community for the group or strengthen relationships within teams.
